International Master program “Intercultural German Studies (M.A.)"
In the Master’s program in Intercultural German Studies, you will learn how language and culture work in global contexts—taught in a scientifically sound and practical manner. You will analyze intercultural dialogues, communication, and cultural differences, deepen your knowledge of language, literature, and culture, and prepare yourself for international careers.
In particular, students become familiar with intercultural perspectives of communication styles including their rational and emotional facets in dialogue and conflict, with the German language, literature and culture, including its multilingual and historical dimensions.
